As with any job, with change, come changes. My former manager was very open and hands off at the same time. My current manager was imported from overseas, culturally inept, the most condescending and conceited manager I have worked for in my 40 year professional life.

With one exception, we all get along very well like siblings.

monitoring managers. Customer relations for the purpose of residual business and referrels.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Training and growth opportunities. Company Christmas party. Weekly catered lunches. Special events such as Cinco de Mayo.
