There are a lot of new leaders in the past two years who come with their own agenda. Workday used to be grounded in doing whats best for the company focusing on our employees and customers. Now marketing and talking about work is considered more important than actually executing and doing the work.

The process was the nicest interview process I have ever been through, each interviewer I could tell was genuine and nice. The technical interview was somewhat relevant and wasnt meant to be there just to scare you or ween you out. Overall just a much better experience that other companies.
