Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

About 20% less than market rates, with the ratiinale its all abiut company culture.

Company revenue has increased by over 300% over the past 5 years, while my pay has increased 12%.

I'd like to be full time and take on more responsibilities so that I can have a long term future with the company,

Male coworkers with same experience and job responsibilities get paid more than females.

Review from Product Dept

The company is not as well-positioned financially as FAANG and related and as such, doesn't pay the lower-levels as competitively as they could

competitive wage and better stock options

Review from Marketing Dept

Better base pay. Institute cash bonus.

Review from Product Dept

They often provide a good starting salary, but raises do not happen in this department. Don't expect more than a 3% pay increase, even if you are promoted.

Compensation needs to be improved. We are making considerably less and it takes the threat of leaving to get compensated fairly.

Review from Engineering Dept

The compensation for finance in Salt Lake is below the industry. Raises are not frequent and when they are given - they barely keep up with inflation.

I'm in management which is dominated by males with higher titles but doing similar work
