Some coworkers will speak in a foreign language when making fun of others. 3. Leadership stating 'assume positive intent' instead of dealing with bad behaviors

My coworkers are not very inclusive in team meetings and other work meetings unless they have a personal rapport or connection with the person due to life style match or other factors. Makes it difficult for minorities and women to be included unless they are at managerial levels of authority
