How's the leadership on the Design team at Workday?
The design leadership at Workday is highly focused on people management. It's clear that there is need for strong design leadership in the company, but those currently at the highest level in design aren't stepping up to facilitate that.
What's the office layout like at Workday?
Like most tech companies these days - open office.
How's the feedback proccess at Workday?
It depends on the manager. Some are excellent, others not so much. However, Workday does use the Feedback functionality within Workday so co-workers can provide feedback, this is used internally and I've only seen positive comments posted.
