What are some of the best things about your team?Our team is hardworking and fun! We are transparent about our mistakes and support each other to grow and achieve great results.
What is the best part about your compensation package?I am able to work from home, benefits are 100% covered and I am paid the market wage for the private sector, even though this is a non-profit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?You are allowed to be creative and fully own your work streams. Management is supportive of its employees. Expectations and integrity are high and taken seriously. The student and teacher-centric approach to what we do is also incredibly inspiring.
