We get Christmas through the first week of January off in addition to three weeks PTO (+holidays), totally about 5 weeks of total paid time off. Pay is fair, insurance policy is good with a pretty low deductible, and daily perks include flexible work from home and a well stocked kitchen.
Vacation. 3 weeks + 2 weeks end of Dec/early Jan for everyone! Health coverage is also great.
