We have to fight every single week to be paid correctly and wait several months sometimes years for back pay that is known has to be paid where company was incorrect in the compensation for our work

The "pre97" post retirement benefits can remain the same with a company having that kind of profit margi

when you treat your employees better, they're willing to work harder and do more for the company. when your employees feel under valued, they are not motivated to even show up to work. if you want a report card on management, look at wage absenteeism.

Stop taking wages from wage employees to give exuberant bonus’s to corporate people who think they deserve more because they have a college degree

forcing wage to at 130% pace can be unsafe with the age difference cannot expect a older employee to work the same pace as someone 20 yrs younger

Used to be THE place to get a job and work at, good wages, good benefits, good management. Now, management is a nightmare, working conditions are bad (not enough people for the workload).
