Work my butt off literally I have a personal neurologist I did all of groceries by myself because I was fast they sent everybody over to GM side. Nothing to compensate they can't give back my back and my mobility to move

I work harder than pretty much every single person in my department, while people are getting hired on in my department for more money that I am currently making.
