I will hit my 10-year mark the end of May & been on STD leave since July 2021- current worked overnights for 9 years, now A Personal Neurologist, I've depleted all the cartilage from both my Hip Spine Bones. Scraping/Bones & Nerves. Steroid Injections/Nerve Numbing-Pain Management. Life is hard!

Being Appreciative showing Appreciation, More Understanding, and nicer, Not pushy.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I don't know if there's anything they can change it's all open and questions changed in different wording for different questions
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing now I have managed to in my career at Walmart still leave it absence unmobile always in pain going to doctors a lot
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Work my butt off literally I have a personal neurologist I did all of groceries by myself because I was fast they sent everybody over to GM side. Nothing to compensate they can't give back my back and my mobility to move
