I've been working for Walmart for 15 years and a new associate gets paid the same as what I do it took me 15 years to make. I believe they should raise our pay $2 like the new associates

I've worked there three years. I make 12.59/h. There are new hires coming in starting at 13. There don't do merit raises, only a yearly cost of living raise in February which is 1%-2% based on your evaluation. Management and corporate have unrealistic expectations on what a single worker can do

I get sick alot, and hr/people lead will say certain things, with the tone in her voice. Her presentation to me, makes me feel guilty about being sick, and I feel like I should apologize for my various medical conditions. At work, I honestly give 150% to my customers, always find something to do!!!
