Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With so many changes across the the org and different department, I don't feel fairly compensated for my title, especially in this industry. These changes also disrupted promotional tracks. Nor do I feel like they keep up with inflation.

The pay disparity of US employees vs the rest of the world is a disgrace. Pay us for the job we're doing and the value we bring to the company, not what you think you can get away with because of "industry standards".

Compensation has been increased over time but I am now being approached for roles at other companies that pay more than my current package. I have also been promoted a few times since joining at the comp increases at each step have fallen behind other companies offers.

I don't have trust in the data provided by the salary consultants. We'd raised before that they seemed wrong ie too low, particularly when we were interviewing candidates and their expectations were all higher. Afterwards - a couple months after we raised the issue - the ranges were up adjusted

I've been here for a while and the work is pretty much the same. This might be because the pandemic has stopped travel, but working with the same customers month after months can be boring when everything is in a holding pattern.
