Varies. Everyone seems to have a clear vision and is able to command a large audience. I appreciate that no one backs down from difficult questions. Energy and accessibility isn't always clear with some members of estaff. Sometimes I sense some reservation or a misalignment in messaging and tone.

Our executive team does a good job of sharing openly. We do company-wide ask-me-anythings where some tough questions are asked on a regular basis. Our leadership doesn't shy away from answering any tough question without beating around the bush.

The executive staff is inexperienced and unqualified for the functions they oversee. They need to bring in, new, fresh talent that is actually expert in their department to take this company to the next level of scale.

It feels like they understand our concerns as sales people. Since I have been here only one person in NA has hit their quota and I think only one person has hit their quarterly target one time. This is simply because the targets are excessively high and something needs to be done about it.
