The executive staff is inexperienced and unqualified for the functions they oversee. They need to bring in, new, fresh talent that is actually expert in their department to take this company to the next level of scale.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm constantly at the lower end of the pay scale and I don't think there is effort to get me to median atleast

I am given KPI's that no one can achieve, which I meant to lose the variable. My salary does not increase, but only the work scope increases every year.

Benefits and perks are fair. However, when it comes to salaries, they are misaligned between the same roles and seniority. Kind of unfair.

I believe my skill and knowledge are not reflected in my compensation, especially after pay transparency made it more obvious and unfair. There are also similar or lower roles in the market that are paying higher which really adds to the feeling of being undervalued. Inflation only makes this worse.

I put 7 because it varies. I have some amazing colleagues who are giving 12/10 but also work with people who give 5/10

I really enjoy most of my coworkers, but one has been extremely difficult to work with, and it doesn't seem like feedback I give to her manager has been passed along or had any impact. I think it would be helpful to have consistency in how feedback is handled across epd.

The culture at Mixpanel is very positive. I love that Mixpanel cares about fostering collaborative and positive working relationships, and especially their investment in ensuring that teams have opportunities to get together in-person multiple times per year.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Oddly enough, Mixpanel is the one company I've worked for that keeps emphasising culture yet its the one place that is lacking it. It can quickly become a facade if employees think they are following it rather than actually are. I do believe we need more empathetic people here.

Aligned and transparent process from the start. Strong communication and good engagement from those in the process. No games - came to agreement on employment details quickly and without friction.

Good co-workers are quitting in droves. We need to get the low-morale people leave or change, but there are no leaders willing to build the culture in my region.
