What's the vibe like in the Finance dept at Mixpanel? How many hours are you working?
Morale is mixed, not so great, but hours are decent. I'm used to working crazy hours and we don't have that at Mixpanel
Not a lot of overtime but vibe is sort of deflated

It used to be frowned upon as former CEO did not like people WFH on a regular basis. But many people worked out something with their manager and just didn’t publicize it. It has gotten a little more relaxed but not as common as some other companies I’ve worked at.
