Pay transparency and more opportunities for yearly raises. The bonus compensation shared during hiring painted an unrealistic view of what was actually achievable.

For there to be more transparency around salary and more equity among colleagues who have the same qualifications and experience. Instead, compensation is shrouded in secrecy.

For PD, more opportunities to discuss raises in compensation. SC is exploding right now, and a very few are doing the heavy lifting in the absense of our colleagues who just quit. It would be nice to be recognized/compensated for the double work of most of our staff members right now.

Stop constantly changing policies, procedures, the way things are structured. Be more transparent and fair about compensation. Stop adding work and meetings just for the sake of filling time. Put managers in place who actually know how to manage people and grow an effective team.
