Leadership doesn't mean you're above the rules, it just means you help enforce the rules CORRECTLY

The way they talk to the employees could really be changed. They seem to always have a holier than thou attitude and talk down to us. Also instead of taking you and talking to you in private they talk to your father everybody else there. I have never worked for a company that does that.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Absolutely, I feel she only acts nice but constantly tells me how everyone who works there is incompetent. As a member of the LGBTQ I do not feel seen or heard as a trans man, I do not feel safe at all. Not even a week in and I want to leave.
