When I asked what job I should put down that I'm applying for. She said if you write this you can get paid $14 an hour

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They should really consider looking into people's work ethic before hiring someone. We are constantly losing people and i don't know if it's poor management or the person themselves.
More guidlines and less biased opinion
Needs new management due to unprofessionalism.

The manager forgot to follow-up on my interview process and I had to wait three months for a response because of her negligence.
Maybe offer a drink especially in Florida at summer time
Have people who actually know how to do interviews. The lack of knowledge and training for interviews is appalling.
More confidence in the interviewer. My original manager hired me because she doesn't like to do interviews.

Upper management slacks on promotions and interview processes.
Take your time finding the right people train them from start the right way not just throwing there and say go ahead and start that's why they have so high turnover there too
