Colaboration, teamwork, not gossiping when you should be working, get off your phone, work there staff and use there staff correctly
Leadership doesn't mean you're above the rules, it just means you help enforce the rules CORRECTLY

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because i work at the make table all day long which im not complaining about however i put my heart into making the pizza for the customers everyone at my job gave me compliments on my skills all the toppings are evenly disturbuted insted of others rushing carelessly making them
Everything this is crazy i never got my money
Absolutely, I feel she only acts nice but constantly tells me how everyone who works there is incompetent. As a member of the LGBTQ I do not feel seen or heard as a trans man, I do not feel safe at all. Not even a week in and I want to leave.

My team gets along well and we always discuss our differences so we can keep any tension out of the way while we work together.

We encourage eachother often throughout the day, which helps when there is a customer who walks in already frustrated and has mean things to say.

They need to give you your money on time

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They should really consider looking into people's work ethic before hiring someone. We are constantly losing people and i don't know if it's poor management or the person themselves.
More guidlines and less biased opinion
Needs new management due to unprofessionalism.
The management The man is trying to help instead of them, sitting out in their car all day, and rather just eat pizza and not work

The way a manager handled a situation. Escalated it instead of calming the situation. Not acting like a manager should. And talking bad about me as an employee
No one pays attention or does what they should
