Have team meeting because there are none. Work better as a team instead of putting all the work on one when there are 3 on a shift to help

actually work when the restaurant is dead isntead of goofing off

Coworkers need to understand leadership

They need to be on time , we need to assign breaks so that the smokers are bot going outside bettween orders and are made to help the non smokers prep.peoples wages should be made to remain private and conversations with managers should stay private. And manegers ahould listen to emloyies issues.
