Anyone ever dealt with sexual harassment, food tampering? If so how did you handle it

If it's at muy pizza don't bother complaining cause they will not do any thing about it. They will fire you and let the other person stay. Sick people in the world.
Lawsuit only way to make them take you seriously
Yes. The assistant manager tried dealing with the situation first, but it continued and got worse. The employee causing the problem had a melt down one night and the RGM (who knew about the harassment and done nothing ) finally fired the one causing all the problems
How are the drivers treated and what do they earn?
Treated good
They pay us very well. It is not $7.25. It's $8.00 an hour plus tips. Very good company to work for. You also make more inside as well.
They expect a lot and will only ever pay you min. wage, no matter how long you are there. I am a driver, but i am also dishwasher, prep cook, cashier, phone operator, and even cook sometimes. All for $7.25.

Very challenging
Work is doable and money can be great, the biggest challenge is having patience and keeping your mouth shut.
Not very, until I sustain an injury out of work. Then I still get to do other people's work
How much and how often do raises happen at Pizza Hut?
You don't get raises only when min wage goes up and if you make more than min wage you won't get bumped up either. Eventually, they will make the same as you no matter how long you've worked there. Pizza Hut is really not a good place to work at unless you're a driver and get tips. You are mainly just going to get min wage or $1 $1.25 more for shift manager.

There is no leadership, we have micromanagement and when me need management questions answered, no one knows anything and info doesn't flow down hill. Our management team keeps changing and so does our crew. Same answer everytime why they leave, our store manager.
