Overall, I like my job. However, our bodies take beatings constantly. Shoulders are always far too tight, that it's painful. Pain tends to create short responses and "anger".
I like the company, manager and supervisor but the store I work at is a disaster the staff is mostly related to the manager and no one does anything.

What do employees at Domino's Pizza think about their benefits?
There are none for a driver, and, at least at my store, you aren’t guaranteed a set schedule. In fact, I’m only scheduled to work four hours this week.

I am a driver who should be getting 40 hours a week but I am lucky to get 30 and I get NOTHING for benefits!
The driver's get a lot of bonuses for certain deliveries they go on and our managers get monthly bonuses and the crew gets holiday bonuses or bonuses when we reach store goals.
Does Domino's Pizza drug test or do a background check?

Every interviewee for the Maintenance dept. in Denver get a pre-employment screen and background check and subject to "Randoms" throughout employment
Yes they do a background check, No they do not drug test or at least mine hasn't!
Drug tests are for those applying for a mangers position and background checks are a requirement to be hired

I'm old fashioned, so dress slacks and a nice shirt is my go-to answer for this question regardless of where the interview is. However, it is a bit more lax than other places, so... nice, CLEAN pants and a CLEAN tee shirt (no stains, rips, or holes--regardless if they were meant to be like that). Feel free to sport your fandom, more than likely, we like them, too.

How does Domino's Pizza handle HR issues?
With grace, and respect.
Everyone has a manager they can go-to if there is any issues and the manager will assist with fixing the problem
They don't their hands are tied by Rhett and you are told to quote get over it and just work

We have the best franchisees!!
We have to follow the corporate rules but we find new combos of food everyday for the crew.
It's ok if the store is kept in order unless the product and the customer suffer

I didn't have a life before Domino's, so that question isn't valid.
Some people are full time and go into overtime and most of us are part time and in school
It didn't Monday Tuesday and Wednesday I would put in @ 36 hours and I was getting called lazy because I wanted a day off before Friday Saturday and Sunday.

We are a family. Sometimes dysfunctional and annoying, but still family.
Friendly and like family. We're all constantly laughing and joking around.
Some are nice and will help you learn your job others are rude and will do anything to cut you down and bully you into quitting

Drivers do not get any paid vacation days but can request time off with no problem.
Management over level 3 get one week paid vacation per year. Management under level 3 get nothing.

We get good feedback that is shown to the store crew and negative feedback is handled by the managers

Varying. But you want to get everything done as fast as possible.
Fast than fast 1 person on days usually did 500 to 3200 alone with 2 driver's.till 5pm when night and rush crew got there
During rush you need to know how to hustle!

Our office is pretty small only really used for purse/bag/coat storage and when the managers need to use the computer.
Don't care and don't bother us in less the store is burning down
This depends on your manager, if he is good at his job then everything goes smoothly. If he is a disorganized slob, then you will be miserable there.
Why work for Domino's Pizza?
As a driver, you can make $15-20 an hour in tips. As a manager, there is pretty much unlimited overtime.
It's a fun work day everyday. We work so well as a team, everyone has their place they fit best and the scheduling accompanies that.
If you have a good driving record, you could be a driver. You can make a fair amount of money in very little time. Don't be a driver too long because your car takes a beating. If you want to try management, then Domino's will teach you everything. After you take all the mandatory classes take your knowledge to a better company. If you stay too long at Domino's, you may get canned. You have to be able to produce the impossible numbers that they expect. Very few people can accomplish it.
