I met with a General Manager and the Assistant Manager of the original store I started at. It took a day after the application and three days after the initial interview. I started immediately.

They suspended an Egyptian employee because he wears an ankle monitor he does his job right for 3 weeks comes one of the managers that steals and was afraid of him to tell on her complain to HR next thing is his suspended till a back ground is done while his a crew manger and was told by Martha Hr that crew mambers don’t have to do background check but now HR want us background before that he was told he work normal and when he see the manager he do sign the papers for background check but after that employee was suspended till background check because of what was said truth is his the only other race on that store all employees and supervisor are from Cuba only o e female that comes for few hours to clean dishes is from a diffrent country but still speaks their language even assistant manager who works there does not understand English at all works there and because he notices when manager counts money she leaves a lot of money in store wrapped in rubberban& money don’t match paper o

I used my current knowledge to get to know crew members and work schedule also Lear ordering hands on Natasha G. Trained me for two weeks and never came back. Jennifer in Chickasaw OK was very helpful and Jolene in elk city OK were both helpful in showing me things and telling things about the job at hand.

Personally I stayed busy people would ask why I was not in the back doing dishes if I was on the computer doing manager duties. Leslie very demanding and bossy it would take two people for one customer due to employees being rude running up on people not allowing people in store at all
