The person usually gets a few write ups/warnings before getting fired. They do communicate if you're doing something wrong and give you a chance to improve behavior but will only fire you if you they see no improvement after multiple warnings, and if you miss multiple shifts

Good if you want to become a manager one day

There aren't any but maybe if you're a store manager they might offer it

Very good, they promote employees to managers from good work values and generally dont hire outside managers. They are promoted from within the store, employees that work well and have great attitudes and work ethics
