My general Manager Sarah Anderson constantly targets me but is so nice to everyone else she never gives me the days i've requested off even though I will be the only one requested off or I requested off two or three weeks in advance, she is rude, disrespectful, a dictator, and is only nice to boys.

The leadership team has always had open door policy. They are approachable and value your thoughts and opinions.

The gm and one of the other managers need to actually stay at work when they clock in instead of clocking in and leave for hours on end

I think there compensation and benefits package are generally very fair and competitive.

I feel this way because the GM constantly creates me like shit no matter what I do even if I am the one keeping the whole store together

I dont get compensation, stock, or any benfits actually, By myself I have to stock the drink machine, clean all windows, computers, doors, counters, mop, sweep, clean the bathroom, stock front napkins, spice packets, cookies all while answering the phone, window, and lobby customers.

Being able to do the specific job I'm hired for.

Laid back environment and fun

Better pay, full-time hours to receive benefits, employee incentive, like at least a compliment when doing an EXCELLENT job.
