The leadership team has always had open door policy. They are approachable and value your thoughts and opinions.

The fact that they are awsome and they care for you if you need someone to talk too they are there and if they see you down or sad they come and talk to you.
The friendlyness from them is wonderful
The gm and one of the other managers need to actually stay at work when they clock in instead of clocking in and leave for hours on end

Communication, store cleanliness, holding people accountable. Recognize the hard workers and people that show up.

The quit telling lies to other employees and managers that they're going to get a raise and then don't
paying for hours they work. not lien to skim checks . sobriety training in labor laws and training there team .showing up for there checks . not highering do to relativity . keeping there team members happy so they stick around . treating help with respect they deserve !
