Most of the people, are very helpful and understanding And that can be a wonderful help at times.

Some of the best things about my team is the different personalities in the room that balances the work environment out.
We are all like family when it came to getting orders done
They know how to make the shifts move faster and more manageable
Team work helping one another when the person is overwhelmed.
We work as a team the best we can.
A couple of my co workers arent the best but there are a few that really make the store.
When they want to actually work we happen to get everything done the way it should be done

I feel frustrated and overlooked. To work better as a team, my coworkers need to communicate more clearly, pull their weight during shifts, and respect each other’s time and effort. We all do better when we’re accountable and work together consisten

By having better leadership examples to follow and everyone attempting to be on the same page.
They need to work on Customer service first. How to speak to a customer. How to stay focused during peak. How to make the food the correct way instead of doing what they want.
They need to care more
Probably work on not assaulting people
Learing too be open too different people of color on the work force .
Communication. If they have a problem with another coworker it's needs to be addressed not circumvented
