Is nice, competitive, and helpfull

They understand each other even in critical times

Most of the people, are very helpful and understanding And that can be a wonderful help at times.

Some of the best things about my team is the different personalities in the room that balances the work environment out.

We are all like family when it came to getting orders done

They know how to make the shifts move faster and more manageable

Team work helping one another when the person is overwhelmed.

We work as a team the best we can.

A couple of my co workers arent the best but there are a few that really make the store.

When they want to actually work we happen to get everything done the way it should be done

They all know how to work together

Talk like humans. If there is a problem, nothing wrong with talkong about it and figuring out what was done wrong and what can be done to fix it. Not to jump straight to "say another word, im going to call the police.. you have no rights..."

I feel though as my coworkers would do better if they had a better boss

I feel frustrated and overlooked. To work better as a team, my coworkers need to communicate more clearly, pull their weight during shifts, and respect each other’s time and effort. We all do better when we’re accountable and work together consisten
