There isn't any positivity and it's why they can't keep employees

When Employees Are Able To Communicate Without Judging

Of course our lovely costumers. Besides the work team we get the most culture from our enviorment. Along with existing crew members & it is a honor to see & learn with them each day! The other best part i truly feel as a team is having each other backs & support one another besides race & background

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

We need more serious minds, dedication, team work, good communication

Favoritism. Not all assistant managers are right. Most assistant managers are rude and they think they are better than crew. They are always threatening to write me up for the silliest things.

Everything about this company is bad

Fire the managers. She does not help nearly as much as she should, and the other claims to be sick all the time. Schedule equally, so in case of emergencies, people won't get fired for having personal issues. Managers need to stop threatening to fire great employees because of emergencies

Why you asking me 900 questions like I'm 50 cent I'm just trying to contact a HR cause they holding my pay check and I'm about to sue your damn company

The owner needs to let someone with the backbone to stand their ground on employees that do not follow policies and that think they have to very little compared to others. I would rather work a rush with 3 good employees then with only 3 that are doing most of the work while 2 or 3 do nothing.
