What I liked most about the interview and hiring process was the opportunity to learn new things right from the start. It helped me understand what it takes to be a good worker, set clear expectations, and motivated me to grow, stay focused, and give my best every shift.

The almost 2 hour video i had to watch

How the recruiter use the right preferred name and gender right away.

It was just a simple quick process where i got hired on the spot

It was slow and good

I was able to secure a job with the company.

Making sure everything is stock and that we dont have to put little bit of Product on the pizzas

Review from Product Dept

having the area supervisor be in the interview process

Review from Sales Dept

Better pay for experience is needed

Maybe have an actual Interciew for starters

There is nothing to be improved here.

To actually have an 8nterview. I had none. It was based solely on my resume which is office environment. I was a facilities and food service operations manager, was told I was being trained for management and they treat me with disrespect

Spend more time asking questions

Review from Sales Dept

Allow pay/scheduled hours to be discussed BEFORE HIRING.

New management and team members

Pay higher wages, and better management knows what are doing.

Stop hiring friends and family on personal bias

Review from Customer Support Dept

Make sure we don't hire any more pedophiles

It was really good and the people that was there need to go back

Make sure people can work the hours they say, stop hiring only minors that can only work at night, really manage those new employees so they dont think they csn slack around when the same two hsrdworking workers show up

write every thing down and stop talking about unions on the introduction video

The interview was literally only a powerpoint presentation.
