How employees describe working at Domino's Pizza

Overall, I like my job. However, our bodies take beatings constantly. Shoulders are always far too tight, that it's painful. Pain tends to create short responses and "anger".

I like the company, manager and supervisor but the store I work at is a disaster the staff is mostly related to the manager and no one does anything.

Review from Customer Support Dept

  • Not good unless you fit into the store click.( Kinda of like high school)The click is usually ran by the gm and HR can't help you much cause their hands are tied by the owner. No one gets fired they just get transferred or are forced to quit like I was.( Too much drama) I already graduated high school and had no intention of going back .
