Overall, I like my job. However, our bodies take beatings constantly. Shoulders are always far too tight, that it's painful. Pain tends to create short responses and "anger".

I like the company, manager and supervisor but the store I work at is a disaster the staff is mostly related to the manager and no one does anything.

  • You need to show good work ethic and be open to the ability of wanting to learn more. It took me about six months to get promoted but for the most part I do not think its that difficult.

  • No pets in the restaurant. Food safety hazard.

  • Service animals only. No emotional support animals, they must be certified and have proper paperwork and training to be a service animal. These pets are allowed in designated non-food areas. Operating standards covers more on pets within the work place but it can also vary by the individual states health code.

  • Take the initiative show that you want to be there. Show that you want to learn all you can. Stay busy at all times. If the store isn't busy find something to do. There are always boxes to fold and things that need to be cleaned. I guarantee you take this advice you will not only make yourself look good but you will go far in the company.
