What I appreciate most about the leadership team is their genuine investment in employee growth and development. My manager, in particular, consistently makes sure I am learning, being challenged, and continuing to grow throughout my career here.

For the same role, other companies are paying considerably more. For me, much of my pay comes from my bonus, and when we don't make EBITDA, it impacts my bottom line and financial health. I'd rather have a higher flat salary and not rely so much on a bonus that I may or may not receive.

One of the best things about our team is how supportive we are of each other, especially during difficult days. When things get stressful or challenging, everyone comes together to help, encourage one another, and keep the environment positive.
