What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Talking to the stores and listening to what each store needs. They have a bad habit of not fixing issues in stores and treating stores as warehouses by over-sending products that cant be put out for another month or two.

It was smooth and efficient

The fact that it was very brief and I didn't have to do too much because I was a former employer and I also worked for him when I was in college which gives me an opportunity to know some of the procedures

What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to see a customer leaving with a smile on their face and satisfied with my great customer service. Also when a customer tells you how much they appreciate you for going the extra mile to help them.
