What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It appears like leadership team is in the middle of the pressure from higher management to increase the operating margin at the same time pressure from the lower-level employees that they are not able to pay at a level that they should (or want). Best in class products & people are the key.

Though it is very limited, RSU is the best part and the most valuable of my compensation

I think the new OKR system may help out. Previous evaluations have been based on more subjective rather than objective analysis. Synopsys has not kept up with the cost of living. I have to work remotely since Synopsys chose to close my two offices. I am skeptical that other companies are better.

Solving external and internal customer issues quickly and efficiently. I get happy and excited when presented with tough problems that could not be solved by others. The satisfaction and happiness you get after solving tough challenges are very high
