As before, the communication is the key. Way too often information arrives too late or it's not precise enough. This creates a lot of tensions and stress.

Majority of them have no skills to do the job but director have no skill or background of support or understanding of the product, or right set of expectations, that makes a mess of the hiring and management team lack knowledge they didn't have any plan to skill the new hires so we many unfit folks
