Monthly compensation, benefit s such as internet bill, Mediclaim, health benefits, RSU, Joining bonus, etc

Having a development plan and having the title change when achievements are met.
If recruiting best of the country, must compensate and reward at least in a like manner. Fresh graduates are recruited at seniors' salary means Synopsys does not value committed employees.

Pay more to people that practically live at your customers to make Synopsys successful.
