Extreme lack of transparency and alignment in Leadership since Aart went. The changes are happening wildly in the contradiction with employee communication. Everything looks like Leadership is misaligned and each leader pulls in his own direction. Say what you mean and mean what you say, stick to it

It appears like leadership team is in the middle of the pressure from higher management to increase the operating margin at the same time pressure from the lower-level employees that they are not able to pay at a level that they should (or want). Best in class products & people are the key.

They need to connect to leaf level employees and understand their pain point. Everything is Business unit dependent and no consistent policies across company. So much cost cutting. No Conference travels, no offsites, very less RSU, all pressure on R&D team. No pressure on Product owners.

in last 3 years inflation has gone up a lot subsequently, pay has not catch up the way it should. Also lot of people left in last 5 years, and lot of people joined. but those who stayed and made company rich and still making huge difference are not paid fairly.(Not talking about managers/directors)
