Listen and work with all employees. Not a selected few who are puppets, to represent others. Management should know better not to give power to 2 faced employees. That's those who treat subordinates in one way and give another impression to upper level mangers. Obviously a reason for high turnover.
Leadership needs to encourage team to take risk. If ine project failed people shouldnt be treated las failure
Remove the people that just play politics and favoritism just because they happen to be from IIT.
Be more concsious of young people who ate fresh out of college so they can learn at a steady pace
Needs to better value senior employees. Cultural Diversity is an issue in some business units when it comes to promotions / assignments / retention
