The micromanaging is out of this world. The team moral is not high because the micromanaging is such a big part of asurion culture. Team moral would go up tremendously if the micromanaging was kept to a minimum

DM work 10 to 12 hours a day 6 days aweek. i dont feel undervalued at all. ibelieve we could have a higher pay rate.
