    If your hourly it’s horrible

  • Unlimited vacation for most exempt employees - get your work done and you can take time off as needed/wanted.

  • As hourly you get about 2 weeks per year and you get it as you work so every day I get about 20 minutes of vacation time earned. It's not bad, you just get what you work for instead of it being handed to you.

  • No set corporate policy. Each team figures out if that's something that works for them collectively and agrees to it. So some teams have it and some don't and those that do have it on days that work for them.

  • Varies by team: some team members taking calls from customers may work from home 100% of the time, while other teams are required to be co-located with their team. Many salaried team members have flexibility from time to time to work from home.
