I didn't originally choose to work here - my position was acquired. Now that I'm here though I couldn't imagine being anywhere else. The people, atmosphere, and corporate culture are aligned with my personal values and I am taken care of as a person. I love it here!

Asurion has gone out of its way more than once to ensure that I am taken care of as a person, from my personal (financial/medical/etc) needs to my professional ones. I have never before been able to say that I love working for a company, but I do love working for Asurion!

They actually listen to employee feedback. In the real world they can't always do something about every single suggestion or complaint, but they do take the time to listen.

Knowing that I'm contributing to making end users happy! It makes me glad to know that I'm doing my part to help make a bad day better for someone.

Even though the culture is focused on being able to rapidly adapt (which means some days are frantic), there's an enormous focus paid to employee well-being, both from HR as well as from leadership.

Having a wide variety of options available for health coverage. It really helps because my family has a wide range of needs, and I've been able to find a health plan that fits them exactly.

We're a fast-paced company, and everyone here really thrives on that. Our team works quickly to rapidly adapt to ever-changing business needs - it's a challenge, but I can honestly say that I'm never bored!

This is a company of humans. I've been at companies before that know what to say in order to sound like they care about their "human capital" but don't do anything to help them - that's not Asurion. Asurion actually cares, deeply, about the people that make it up.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love everyone on my team! As a work at home employee it would be easy for me to go crazy if I didn't have a good team talking to me all day, but these people are always a delight to talk to! I look forward to clocking on and talking to them.
