What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Appreciating each employee and what they bring to the table instead of picking a favorite. I have been doing great in all the metrics but once I do great in one metric the goalpost seems to shift to align with team members the Coach prefers to put in a Leadership position.

I don't even know who our leadership team is beside my DM. If I need to give an answer, I Don't feel like we have really any recognition or I feel like we aren't celebrated enough. I feel like we should be in the quarterly meetings the dm do since we are store leads and we technically run thestores.

She brags about being called 'The Terminator' and says all the time that she will 'promote' us to customer , she never has anything encouraging to say ever & she makes work miserable even for people on other team

They need to see things from a ground level perspective. Many asks are not possible, the work is overwhelming, and every one is stressed from the tech level up. Too many "important focuses" mean nothing is a focus. No to little training at all makes it worse. Lots of cheerleading, not enough help.

Not being so controlling over every decision that senior leaders and mid-level leaders make. Up compensation to balance crazy inflation. Stop being so robotic on race charged issues. It's become very obvious that DE&I are something to do vs. something genuine
