The ability to share success stories, be rewarded for a job well done and have a great team to work with that includes leadership that treats everyone fair!

Review from HR Dept

Open communication, regular recognition of achievements, and constructive feedback.

Review from IT Dept

My clients tell me that I am their favorite vendor partner because Asurion doesn't say "No," and instead figures out a way to make it happen!

Review from Sales Dept

Seeing the team that I work with being successful on a daily basis.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Knowing that I continue to grow while my efforts will both improve our offerings and improve our margin by automating processes that are appropriate, and enforcing code-quality through standardization and automation.

Review from Engineering Dept

I like helping out techs. I look for teaching moments where I can pull from experience and teach something to our Techs.

Review from Customer Support Dept

New challenges and working with my team

Review from Marketing Dept

When we Collaborate as team.

Review from Operations Dept

When I am able to see my work make a positive impact such as when I am able to solve a problem or remove a barrier for an employee.

Review from HR Dept

Challenging work that keeps me engaged and a manager who actually cares for me and makes taking time off available

Review from Legal Dept

Being given the tools and knowledge I need to make an impact, and being recognized for my work when I do.

Review from Engineering Dept

Always busy, fast paced, and many opportunities to learn new things.

Review from Marketing Dept

Review from IT Dept

Working with my team and finding ways to innovate and grow.

Review from Engineering Dept

The people I work with and the feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment.

I like my job and co-workers

Review from Finance Dept

Being asked for my opinion and involved in making a difference. My leaders trust me. I like the people I work with.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Puzzles we have at work, different things every day. I love what I do.

Review from Customer Success Dept

having a sense of accomplishment and that I'm valued for my expertise

Review from IT Dept

The rare occurance where the hard work and hundreds or thousands of lines of code i have written is recognized

Review from IT Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

STOP IGNORING FRAUD JUST BECAUSE NUMBERS LOOK NICE

Review from Operations Dept

There is no direction or plan. There's a long term vision to grow the company but the path to get there is not clear. We try to focus on too much.

Review from HR Dept

just look at the glassdoor ratings...

Review from Operations Dept

Goals are unreasonable and late during communication. We as front workface give feedbacks to our team member on a daily basis, but comes and rewards are unreasonable. We can't reward team members fairly unless you are an executive or office employee. fundings are not spread evenly.

Review from Operations Dept

90% of my job is done virtually but I am not allowed to work virtually. Stop making employees be hub based when it isn't necessary for their job function

Review from Operations Dept

It's not that anything is wrong, it's just a bit mundane is all. The job is fine and not exciting which in some ways you could view as a good thing. Not stressful really.

Tired of meeting and feeling like I'm not worth it to them. I feel like if we put in all this work, and it shows on the report we dont have the possibility to move forward or up

Review from IT Dept

The effort to include remote workers has fallen drastically.

Review from Marketing Dept

No transparency with work- feeling that everyday they can decide they do not need you and you don't matter- even if your score card is green and your SP100 is hitting the mark.

Review from Operations Dept

There's no accountability for the lack of education for leaders.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The RTO shift is unwelcomed. I believe that being 'encouraged' to be in office 3 days a week is bad for moral and productivity. Depending on your location, you have a difference experience on office life. The gulch is wonderful, but the other locations are lacking in amenities

Review from Business Development Dept

Our customers are rescheduled on a constant basis and the image we present is one that doesn't know what we are doing.

Review from Operations Dept

I mean it's fine, but if you think I "look forward" to working... LOOOL

Review from Engineering Dept

Amount of work and pace gets overwhelming

Review from Product Dept

Working in a fast paced ever changing environment is not a perk of the position, it's a drawback. Having to constantly pivot because every stakeholder is trying to squeeze you for every second of you life they can get. Working before breakfast and part dinner is now an expectation, not an exception.

Review from Product Dept

Right now the work load is great. Leadership is working to make this better. It is an adjustment period.

Review from Finance Dept

workload, support. Being understaffed is a real thing

Review from Customer Support Dept

I lost trust in my executive leadership team. I don't know how that can be improved.

Review from HR Dept

I'm not a fan of the commute into downtown every day, (regardless of time) but not an issue once I am there. I have been very intentional about never working downtown in my life. I never had an issue going into any of the previous buildings where I worked that weren't downtown.

Review from Product Dept

We have pivoted to Quantity over quality. We want numbers now matter how we get there. We celebrate one metric when the core of the business is starting to be impacted.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Asurion highers smart, competent people

Review from Marketing Dept

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Breakdown of silos; Its a huge company but often people in the same department don't know each other or what other peers are responsible for. Need more integration
