Be honest and not try climbing the ladder with fakeness

Inclusivity - less "boys" club, less favorites and more inclusivity & engagement equally across the board. Understanding difference in cultures and ethnicities - what is "cool" for one group may not be for another.

Our co-workers need to be better at respecting each other's time and come prepared. They should be better at making email threads and detailing request instead of reaching out without any details when they reach out for help and waste everyone's time.

There is a larger value placed in this company on extroverted personality types in leaders - as in, there is little respect or place here for leaders who tend to be the more introverted, thoughtful type. As a result, most people I work with feel the need to be loud and "fun" and overemphasize this.
