My role started lower than that of similar roles in other companies or external hires. It is difficult to work up within the company and be the lowest paid. With inflation, the cost of transportation and housing is increasingly difficult. A pay raise based on current living conditions would be great

There's a huge issue with how this company FUNCTIONS. We're trained to treat customers well in our attitude but the actual structure of this company is god awful and desperately needs work. It's so difficult to perform our jobs well and as expected that it's embarassing. kindness can only do so much
