What is the best part about your compensation package?

The obvious being flight benefits. However our healthcare, dental and vision are all great. I've never had an issue with coverage or acceptance of plans by local providers. Not in DFW so in an out-station.

To be fair I suppose the pay is decent and that’s one of the decent things about my job. But the benefits are a joke and the 401k we had before the merger was much better at 9.9% match rather than about 4% (?) now

Everything is wrong... I don’t even know where To begin! I feel bad for people who fly with us because of the horrible products we offer! There is nothing service wise we can fix when the products aren’t good enough

It's hard to be motivated to work sometimes especially if you know there's a bad situation and there could possibly be mandatory overtime. That's difficult having a small child.
