The only thing that makes me feel undervalued or under-appreciated at HubSpot is my paycheck. The Product Expert role requires advanced skills and a high volume of work, but we're infamously underpaid, and everyone knows it.

The corporate philosophy on compensation has changed over the years and as less stock grants have been paid out, my compensation is significantly (over 30%) less than it was a few years ago. When I've tried to address this with my manager and People Ops I've been told "those days are over".
