Management in MARS is chaotic. The Sr Managers and Directors have no management skills and were clearly placed because they've just been here enough time. They are kind people, they are terrible managers in terms of projects and dealing with their uppper managment requests

Unreal standards. No empathy from management. Managers not willing to do any work and it's somehow our fault when they fail at their job. Not to mention they're the hardest people to get ahold of. Don't tell us to reach out for support and then be MIA for 7 hours

HubSpot's culture around diversity, inclusion, and belonging is idealistic and performative at best. I have had several experiences of microaggressions and other harmful behaviors directed toward me by both colleagues and customers, and HubSpot's response has always been to just assume good intent.
