What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
An overall lack of experience and perspective. Lots of people whose only job is HubSpot and are willing to consider new ideas on the surface, but not actually create any meaningful or necessary change. The bar of talent is also just lower than what I've experienced at other companies.

TBH - as a people leader in Support, I am buried in meetings. I manage a team of 14+ reps and I feel like I am in zooms all day long. I want to learn from my peers more but I dont make an effort to do that as much as I would like to because that means I need to schedule another meeting
