I think it's easy to come up with examples of supervisors throughout my department doing great jobs at ensuring that we work well. But I feel if we go higher up things seem to be obfuscated, no acknowledgements of what we could be doing better as a company.And no clear plan to move forward from them

Paying employees fairly. Many times we are short staffed and the compensation does not match. Raises rarely match inflation - being in Denver, the pay does not equal the amount needed to live in the city.

I think that the pay increases throughout the first year really helped me continue to strive for better within my role. Though now that I'm at the top of that role I need to see my first yearly review to better understand how compensation feels when I'm only getting yearly wages.

The PTO is a huge win, in my Opinion! You also have many opportunities to move up and get a Raise Annually!

Bonuses are tied to working hard as is merit. They notice people bust their butts. HealthCare is good too with HSA plan helping to plan for future health needs especially after retirement. Its a high deductible plan but if you try to stay healthy then you can plan for future needs instead

I know that there are people who have the same job title that I do. They have been in that position not as long as I have but they do make more money than me. I am pulled in as an SME all the time and get special projects, I should be compensated for that.

They need to be more approachable. A few people on the team I feel don't like me. I don't feel like I can approach or even talk to them. And one of them continually calls out making closing on the team everyone's problem which affects my work-life balance

Most of my coworkers are fine. One of my coworkers that I work with directly each day is an extreme liability. He repeatedly makes mistakes, does work or doesn't complete work that reflects poorly on me, ignores any and all requests to complete work, and is a completely unsatisfactory teammate
